The stage was set a few months back. Larry Robertson, one of Columbus' foremost fashion authorities agreed to partnering with Mizzen+Main, establishing our permanent fixture within Brigade Columbus. With several new boutiques carrying Mizzen+Main in Kevin's hometown of Dallas, our brand finally found it's rightful place in Columbus. Next on the radar is: Chicago, Tuscaloosa, Oxford, Nashville, and New Orleans.
The event featured one of the most recognized growing businesses in the U.S. - Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. Jeni's CEO John Lowe was eager to support the event that saw a flood of the brand's supporters into the Short North District from Upper Arlington, New Albany, Powell, and other enclaves and suburbs of the city. Middle West Spirits was our other event sponsor and their support was amazing. Just blocks away from Brigade, their distillery produces some of the top whiskeys and bourbons in these States. The event was held during the monthly Short North event known as Gallery Hop.
Guests included members of: the team at Rogue Fitness, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, Victoria's Secret HQ, Virtucon Ventures, Columbus City Council, Wellington Academy, The Columbus School for Girls, Digital River, Engauge, The Athletic Club of Columbus, Ladybird Fashion, Milk Bar Boutique, HOMAGE, Sole Classics, and other area businesses and vital organizations. Columbus' best was well represented.
The Mizzen+Main shop is a lounge area that includes an LED flat screen, endless whisky and bourbon, and a closet featuring our latest shirts - all in a comfortable environment. The arrangement - an arrangement of timeless pieces - were each selected and placed by the Co-Founders.
