Need to Return or Exchange?

We offer free ground shipping and returns on all domestic orders with subtotals of $100 or more. Ground shipping transits may vary so any estimated delivery dates are only estimates and are subject to change.

Next Day ($30), 2-Day ($25), and 3-Day ($17) expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee at checkout. Expedited Orders placed after 11am CST will be shipped the next business day. Saturday deliveries are not available and we do not ship to P.O. boxes. All shipping methods account for business days ONLY. We are unable to change the shipping options once the order is placed.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cancel orders once they are placed. If you need to make a change, we will do our best to accommodate but aren’t always able to depending on the request. If you reach out to info@mizzenandmain.com we will do our best to make it right. We offer free returns so once you receive the order you are able to easily process a return here.

Well that's a bummer, but we are here to make it right. If your Mizzen+Main items arrived damaged or defective, email us at info@mizzenandmain.com and we'll get you a replacement shipped out ASAP.

You have 30 days to receive a refund to your original form of payment or 45 days to receive store credit or exchange for another item. Last Chance items (markdowns) are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items should be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for credit of any kind. Please note, for orders requiring a refund, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs. Returns for exchange or store credit will not be subjected to this fee.
