Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1 business day of the order being placed. Please note, orders will not be processed or shipped out on weekends or holidays. Expedited orders placed after 11am CT will be shipped out the next business day.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel so please review the order carefully before placing.

Embroidery Orders

Embroider will add 7-10 business days to your expected delivery timeline. You can still opt for expedited shipping when you checkout, however it is only the shipping that is expedited.

Please note, choosing an expedited option will not speed up the embroidery process at all.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders with subtotals of $100 or more.

Ground shipping orders typically take 3-7 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays) to be delivered from the time of purchase. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, DPO, APO, and PPO addresses. Please note, delivery to APO/P.O. Boxes may have a longer delivery time.

Expedited Shipping

We offer Next Day ($30), 2-Day ($25), and 3-Day ($17) shipping options for an additional fee during checkout. Orders must be placed before 11am CST to be processed and shipped out the same day. Purchases made after that time will be shipped out the next business day.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping; but we are hoping to be able to offer this service again in the future.
