Shipping & Returns
We offer free ground shipping and returns on all domestic orders with subtotals of $100 or more. Ground shipping transits may vary so any estimated delivery dates are only estimates and are subject to change.
Next Day ($30), 2-Day ($25), and 3-Day ($17) expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee at checkout. Expedited Orders placed after 11am CST will be shipped the next business day. Saturday deliveries are not available and we do not ship to P.O. boxes. All shipping methods account for business days ONLY. We are unable to change the shipping options once the order is placed.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cancel orders once they are placed. If you need to make a change, we will do our best to accommodate but aren’t always able to depending on the request. If you reach out to info@mizzenandmain.com we will do our best to make it right. We offer free returns so once you receive the order you are able to easily process a return here.
Well that's a bummer, but we are here to make it right. If your Mizzen+Main items arrived damaged or defective, email us at info@mizzenandmain.com and we'll get you a replacement shipped out ASAP.
We want you to love what you bought, which is why we offer domestic returns and exchanges for items purchased at mizzenandmain.com or at a Mizzen+Main store.
You have 30 days to receive a refund to your original form of payment or 45 days to receive store credit or exchange for another item. Last Chance items (markdowns) are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items should be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for credit of any kind. Please note, for orders requiring a refund, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs. Returns for exchange or store credit will not be subjected to this fee. Simply choose one option below and follow the instructions to initiate your return or exchange.

Gave a gift and want to return on the recipients behalf? You can process that yourself easily at returns.mizzenandmain.com. You have until 1/31/25 to return items for a refund that were purchased between 11/18/24 - 12/31/24.
Received a gift and don't love it? No worries. Just visit returns.mizzenandmain.com and follow the instructions under "returning or exchanging a gift?". Discounts & Promotions
Our promotional offers are not combinable, so only one discount can be used per order.
We hate it when that happens which is why we are happy to price adjust in a form of store credit for the items within 14 days of purchase.
Yes! When you share your exclusive referral link with your friends and family, they will get $50 off their first full price purchase and when they do you will receive a $50 credit to shop. Assuming everything checks out and they are a first time customer, you will receive your $50 credit 7 days after they purchase. It's that simple.

Our Shirt Finder Tool can help you find the perfect fit. Here’s what you need to know about the fit of our shirts:
- Our Trim fit shirts are made to be fitted for a more custom made, tailored feel.
- Our Classic fit is a more relaxed cut and gives 3" of additional room in the body and arms.
- Our Tall length shirts are great for guys 6’3" and taller, and are 2” longer in sleeves and body length.
- Our Leeward No Tuck fit is 2" shorter in the body than our standard length and is meant to hit mid zipper.
Today, our garments are manufactured in Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, South Korea and Madagascar.
We are committed to working with partners who are experts in their respective categories and ensure they uphold standards in support of worker’s well-being and manufacturing processes.

We currently offer embroidery on the left cuff of our Long Sleeve Leeward Dress Shirt and our Formal Long Sleeve Leeward Dress Shirt in select colors. Simply visit the product page and you will see the option to add embroidery. To add custom embroidery, it will cost $12 per item and will add 7 business days to your expected delivery timeline. You can still opt for expedited shipping when you checkout, however it is only the shipping that is expedited, choosing an expedited option will not speed up the embroidery process at all. Lastly, embroidered items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange so we'd recommend ordering a non-embroidered dress shirt online or visiting a Mizzen+Main store to make sure you know your correct size before embroidering.

Mizzen INC. Rewards
Company Coins are the credit you receive any time you shop at Mizzen+Main and they’re redeemable for discounts on future purchases. The more you spend, the more you earn. The more you earn, the more you save.
All you have to do is create an account online to start earning status and Company Coins for all purchases on mizzenandmain.com and in Mizzen+Main retail locations. The program is free to join—there’s no minimum spend required to start reaping the benefits.
We’re inviting you to join a fictional corporate company, Mizzen INC. The bottom rung of the corporate ladder awaits, and it’s up to you to see how fast and far you’ll climb. On the way up, you can earn Company Coins and climb the ladder from Paper Pusher to Higher Up to Big Wig. Members of Mizzen INC. will have access to member exclusive perks which can be found here.
Besides earning 1 Company Coin per $1 spent, there are many other great ways to earn Company Coins which can be found here.
You will receive an email 14 days after your purchase asking you to rate the product. Once you submit the verified review and it is approved, 250 Company Coins will automatically be added to your account. You are eligible to earn 250 Company Coins for a verified product review once every 4 months.
Once you’ve earned 500 Company Coins, you can start redeeming them for discounts towards purchases.
- Every 500 coins = $25 off. Maximum coins that can be used will be 4000 coins ($200 off)
To apply your coins to your purchase, make sure that you are logged in and follow the normal checkout process (don’t bypass steps by using Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Then, you will then see a drop down option to redeem your coins.

We have some good news and some bad news. We are able to transfer your rewards coin balance to one email address if you happen to have two different emails in our system. The bad news is, we are not able to transfer spend between email addresses and there is no way for us to manually boost your status if you've been shopping with two different accounts. You'll want to make sure that you are always using your primary email address when making purchases so that all of your purchases can accumulate and you can climb the ranks of Mizzen INC.
You can enter Level 1 by simply creating an account. If you want to climb the ladder from there, all you have to do is shop, it's that simple!z
Annual Spend Requirements by Tier
Level 1 - $0 - $499
Level 2 - $500 - $999
Level 3 - $1000+
Please keep in mind, you must maintain the spend level required to meet each tier every calendar year (1/1 - 12/31).
Corporate Orders
Corporate orders are not combinable with other offers and will not be eligible for Company Coins through our Rewards program.
25 units is the minimum purchase quantity and they must be like styles. There is no maximum purchase size, but let us know if you have an especially large order and we’re happy to look at it as a special case.
Once approved, our customer service team will process the order for you. You will receive all order and tracking information to your corporate email address.
You will hear from one of our customer service representatives within 1-2 business days to solidify the details or your order.
Yes. We can add custom embroidery or a heat seal logo on select products for an additional fee of $8 per item. Please keep in mind embroidery will add up to 4 weeks of additional time for customization and fulfillment. If you do not have your logo digitized we are happy to help for a one time fee of $50 per logo.
Companies and organizations of all sizes are welcome to apply. We will review applications on a case-by-case basis and validate eligibility by reviewing the provided company website and communicating via the provided email.
Wedding Orders
We do! We are happy to offer 25% off dress shirts for wedding parties of 5 or more. We understand wedding parties come in many sizes and all are welcome to apply. We will review inquiries on a case-by-case basis and ensure you look your best for your big day. Once you apply, a customer service representative will reach out within 1-2 business days to solidify the details with you and answer any questions you may have.
Once your order is approved and finalized, our customer service team will process the order for you. You will receive all order and tracking information at the email address you provide.
Please note, given the generous discount being offered on wedding orders, we do not allow other discounts or the redemption of Company Coins to be combined.

We do not offer free international returns at this time, but it's possible to process for a fee. Please email us at info@mizzenandmain.com and we will get you the information you need to get started.

Collegiate Licensing
Since items are embroidered upon ordering, please expect to receive tracking for your order within 10 business days. If other items are present in an order with Collegiate Licensed item(s), all items will ship together once embroidery is complete.
Due to the fees associated with selling licensed merchandise, discount codes are not redeemable on the Collegiate Collection. You may use Company Coins towards items from the Collegiate Collection.
Yes, these items follow our normal return policy. You have 30 days to return for a refund and 45 days to exchange or receive store credit.
Extend Shipping Protection
Extend provides shipping protection to cover your packages against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Extend will be automatically added during checkout for protection of your package, but this can be removed at your own discretion. Extend will charge you as the customer a percentage based on the value of your order to ensure it's properly protected. Please note, the cost of the protection will not be refunded if item(s) are returned.

We take the price of a taxable product and multiply it by the sales tax rate based on the shipping destination.
